Description: Though we all come from different walks of life and have many different experiences, at our core we are human. Living through the past year made it incredibly clear how similar we all truly are. The social distancing that comes with a global pandemic comes with the isolation and anxiety many have come to know too well. Knowing myself and so many others experiencing confusing mental health struggles, I used this series as a means to provide relatable content in regard to mental health experiences such as manic episodes or dissociative moments to remind all of the viewers that they are not alone.

Created exactly one year apart from the nation's lockdown, I used this piece as a means to visually express the intense weight that this past year has had on the minds and hearts of so many.
